Boxed Community's terms & conditions.

Membership to Boxed Community has a few simple rules:

Membership fees are charged in either Pounds, Euros, US Dollars or South African Rands based on your physical location. The agreed amount will be automatically debited via your chosen payment method on signing up, and renew monthly or annually according to your instruction.

The first payment is due at the point of joining unless otherwise specified as per a promotion. Subsequent payments will be taken one month or a year from your date of joining depending on the option you have chosen.

Membership represents a minimum, initial period of one or twelve months depending on which option you chose.

After the initial period, membership will run on a rolling basis, automatically renewing on your chosen time period (every one or twelve months).

If you wish to cancel your membership after the initial period, you will need to inform us, Boxed Community, at least seven days before your membership renews and payment is taken.

Please note refunds are given at our (Boxed Community’s) discretion, we have the right to charge a £35.00 (or equivalent) admin fee to anyone who requests a refund on their membership due to any reasons, including failing to cancel at least seven days before the payment renewal date.

Members who have coaching as part of their membership package will, upon cancellation, be requested to have a final coaching call to officially close their coaching relationship. This will be charged at 50% of the coaching session fee if it falls outside of the notice period given.

Membership acceptance is at the discretion of Nicole Gray, founder of Boxed Community, or any individual expressly appointed by them.

Members must abide by the member rules, which can be found below. Any member who continuously and deliberately breaks these rules will be removed from the group. Under these circumstances, the membership fees will be cancelled after the minimum monthly term and one month’s notice period, not before.

We earn referral fees when you buy services from companies we recommend. We only recommend products we believe will add value to our clients. We thoroughly test and use all products that we recommend. All opinions are our own, and we do not accept payments for positive reviews.

This monetisation method is called affiliate marketing. The biggest brands on the internet offer affiliate programmes, such as Amazon, eBay, and Google.

When you click on affiliate links, you are tagged with a special cookie to track the referral. If you buy the product, the advertiser pays us a referral fee, which varies for each product.

Q: Will it cost me more money?

No, absolutely not.

Q: Do you see my personal details?

No. We do not see any personal information, such as your name, email, address, credit card, etc. The only thing we see is that an anonymous user made a purchase on a specific date/time and which product they bought.

What's shared in the community should stay in the community. This includes our Boxed Community Recorded Activities that are for our community’s eyes only. Please do not share these publicly.
• Get involved.Ask questions, share your input, help where you can, please try to join in and stay up to date so we can build our community.
• Be kind.Trolling, spamming or bullying of any kind is unacceptable. Degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
• Be on time.This is primarily a collaborative and supportive platform.
• Try not to overtly sell yourself.This is primarily a collaborative and supportive platform.
• Respect each other.You are all sharing a similar development journey, so please don't be mean to each other. This group is here to support each other and make running your journey less lonely.
