Our host:

Mark Elliott

Mark Elliott is an experienced business coach and business founder.

He is co-founder of Startup School For Seniors, a social enterprise helping the over 50s to become self-employed and start their own business or social enterprise. This is his fourth career.

Earlier in life he created the European delivery operations for a $1.5bn within the Telecoms SaaS market and built his own electronics company internationally to £1m turnover within three years. Through those experiences he learnt about scalable, high growth companies and the people and processes that are necessary.

He worked with creative startups and established businesses at NESTA, Goldsmiths College and various startup programmes such as The Design Council’s Spark programme. And for fun ran the London Lean Startup Night meetup group for three years.

This event is part of a course. It’s open to non-members who are registered for the whole series of events.
