Most founder programmes give you frameworks and leave you to handle the fear, the self-doubt, and the identity shift on your own, which is usually what actually stops people, not the business plan. This programme treats both as equally real work. Every session pairs a concrete business deliverable e.g. leads, customer conversations, pricing, your MVP build, follow-ups, and eventually your first paying tester, with the internal block that's actually in the way of getting it done.
You’ve been the reliable one at work for years. You’ve got a business idea you keep coming back to on evenings and weekends, even if it’s still rough. What you don’t have yet is proof that it’s real, or the confidence to bet your income on it.
This isn’t a business course. It’s a 12-month journey with six months of group-led work, then six months of 1:1 coaching, with business-building and the inner work you’ll need running through both. It’s designed to take you from “I think about this constantly” to potentially leaving your job within the year, with real evidence behind that decision instead of a leap of faith.
Sessions run fortnightly, built for people working full-time. This fits around your job, not instead of it. You'll be part of a group of 10 to 15 people, working through two practices that carry the whole course: a short daily writing habit, and a fortnightly solo hour (or more) away from your desk. Alongside that runs a steady rhythm of real business tasks each session, tracked as you go, plus a set of optional inner-work tools to reach for whenever you're stuck.
Sharpen your idea. Build your first pitch, your first lead list, your first real customer conversations.
In parallel: naming the old beliefs about competence and risk that may be running your decisions, and building the daily practice that lets you tell the difference between real doubt and old noise.
Get your first paying customer or committed tester, the single biggest driver of real confidence, and the thing this whole phase is built around.
Define your own “leave number”: the specific evidence that would make leaving your job a calculated decision, not a leap.
Hold steady while the evidence accumulates. Revisit your leave number as real numbers come in. Get direct support on the actual leaving conversation when it’s time on timing, notice period, what to say, instead of winging it alone.
